Happy Birthday!
Józef Dodziuk was born 70 years ago in Warsaw, grew up in Warsaw and Moscow, left Poland in 1969 and came to the United States in 1970. He enrolled in Columbia University's Ph.D. program, and graduated in 1973 studying with Howard Garland and Lipman Bers. He went on to a Moore Instructorship at MIT, and then a position at the University of Pennsylvania, before settling at the CUNY Graduater Center and Queens College. He has published extensively and supervised 10 doctoral students.
The conference will be held January 25th and 26th 2018 at the Graduate Center, CUNY, 365 Fifth Avenue New York, NY 10016. Please register at the registration page. The registration deadline is January 12th. Please make sure to let us know if you would like to come to the banquet (~$70), which will be Thursday night at Ravagh Persian Grill.
